Casa Vitacura Comes Online with Unprecedented Commercial Success

Casa Vitacura is up and running! Despite the ongoing difficulties caused by the COVID-19 emergency, the project has been delivered with minimal delays, primarily due to quarantine rules and restrictions that slowed down the construction pace and especially the building department’s inspection and approval process.

The project opened its doors officially last week and homeowners began moving smoothly. We’re thrilled to report that, on official stamping day, we had ~50% of the units sold and several others under agreement. This is a wild success given the COVID-19 pandemic and its direct impact in the economy, consumer sentiment, and job uncertainty.

The project came out beautifully and became an instant icon in the landscape. MoDe’ vision of combining the spatial quality of a house with the convenience of an apartment has been widely recognized and welcomed. Check out the project page – mission accomplished!
