MoDe Secures Land Deal for New Vitacura Project

MoDe’s land development team secured a 24,000 sf lot for a new office building neighboring Casa Vitacura, our residential 20-story flagship building, expecting completion by Q1 2020. MoDe’s vision is to complement the residential tower with a combined office and retail development, consolidating a mixed use project and leveraging the subway station planned 2025.

The land assemblage – which is expected to close within six months – comprises two lots and five different properties, and took over two years to negotiate. MoDe’s team is already engaged in design and development hoping to secure investment before the year’s end.
