Casa Vitacura

MoDe's latest project, Metlife Vitacura 3435, has been completed, certified and delivered. The brand new, state-of-the-art, LEED certified project – fully owned and operated by Metlife Chile – has received its Certificate of Occupancy and is ready for work. The 14-storey, Category A office building in the heart of Vitacura, Santiago's most vibrant mixed-use neighborhood, steps away from Bicentennial Park and Santiago's finest art galleries, hotels, and restaurants.

The project joins Casa Vitacura, our flagship residential tower, consolidating a fully redeveloped block 100 yards away from the subway station expected to open in 2025.

The project, erected during the COVID-19 pandemic, was delivered on time, on budget and with outstanding quality, and wide recognition. Kudos to the entire MoDe team, Inarco (the construction company), the Town of Vitacura, and all subcontractors and professionals that pulled together in hard times to get this through the finish line.
