Mapdwell, having collaborated with Exelon since 2018 on projects like the Solar Calculator, sees this partnership as an endorsement of its mission to enhance clean energy adoption. The investment is set to strengthen Mapdwell's technological capabilities and market position in the renewable energy sector.

MoDe and Metlife Chile have formed a partnership to finance and potentially acquire a LEED-certified Class A+ office building in Santiago, featuring parking for cars and bicycles. This deal, part of Metlife's strategy to expand its high-quality asset portfolio, represents a mutual commitment to sustainable and strategic development. Selected for their aligned investment visions, this collaboration positions MoDe as a significant player in local development, with the project set to start in January 2020 and complete by mid-2023.

MoDe acquired a 24,000 sf lot for an office and retail development next to Casa Vitacura, aiming for Q1 2020 completion. The project, enhancing the residential tower and aligning with a 2025 subway station, involves two lots negotiated over two years, expected to close in six months. MoDe is seeking investment by year-end for design and development.

Mapdwell, MoDe's affiliate, won a multi-year contract with Exelon, the US's biggest electric company, for its solar mapping technology. Selected for its accurate solar potential assessment, Mapdwell will support Exelon's Solar Calculator within the Digital Solar Toolkit, offering solar assessments for over 30 million people across six states. This initiative, led by ComEd, Exelon's largest utility, aims to boost solar adoption in the US by providing detailed data to customers. Mapdwell is poised to assist in electrifying over 10% of US households.

MoDe Studio fully funded its Casa Vitacura luxury project in Santiago, raising over $12 million led by CEO Eduardo Berlin and securing favorable financing for an additional $17 million. The 51-unit development starts in July 2017, aiming for a 2020 completion. This marks MoDe's first major end-to-end development, with the team looking forward to the project's progress.
