MoDe was commissioned to develop the identity for a luxury condominium in Vitacura, Santiago, Chile (Casa Vitacura). The project involved designing and implementing a cohesive visual language that reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of the development.
The project scope included the creation of a logo and visual identity standards, forming the foundation for all communication materials. MoDe designed printed booklets that highlighted the architectural vision, key features, and lifestyle offerings of the project. Scale models were produced to provide a tangible representation of the condominium’s design and craftsmanship.
A dedicated sales office was conceptualized and realized, offering an immersive environment for potential buyers. This was complemented by an interactive web application, enabling users to explore floor plans, features, and other details in an intuitive digital format.
MoDe also developed large-scale outdoor billboards to amplify the project’s visibility, ensuring a strong presence in key locations. Additionally, a unique LEGO concept was introduced as part of the identity, serving as a distinctive and engaging representation of the project.
This comprehensive approach allowed MoDe to deliver a unified identity that communicated the luxury, precision, and innovation of the development.
